When will I receive my order?
Our goal is to ship within 2-3 business days, but sometimes due to sales or holidays it may take up to 4-6 business days. If your item is Priority please upgrade to priority shipping and it will be shipped within 48 business hours. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will update every 24 hours.
Due to the discounted prices we offer, we apologize, but at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges on non-defective merchandise. We will gladly accept a return if an item is defective. It will be replaced with the exact item if we are notified within 3 days of the delivery date, and the item must be returned unworn and unwashed in the original package. We do require that the defective item be returned prior to sending a replacement and the item must be mailed back within 3 days. We will issue a one time prepaid return label. Please keep in mind that this label expires in three days after which the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and this amount will not be refunded. If the replacement item is no longer available we will issue a store credit.
